William Hayes

Mayor of Northcote 1909/1910 and 1929/1930

William Hayes was elected Mayor of Northcote twice, 1909/1910 and 1929/1930. Hayes Park was named after him, as he was the member for the North Ward where the land set aside for the park was situated.
