Learn about the history of NAIDOC Week with Aunty Sharon Hughes and then write and create your own book.

Sharon Hughes is a Yamitji woman born in Wongan Hills Western Australia. Sharon has co-written and published three children’s books with Indij Readers and was lead artist on the book projects Our Hands and Big Feed Big Mob.

For kids aged 5-12.


Darebin is a Child Safe organisation, and conditions of entry apply to children’s programs. We will limit access of adults unaccompanied by children.

No photographs are to be taken during the sessions.
