Spend more time at the library or pop in outside standard opening hours.  

  • 8pm-10pm on weekdays   
  • 4pm-10pm on Saturdays 
  • 5pm-10pm on Sundays 
  • 10am-10pm on public holidays

Library staff are not on site during Extra Access hours. We know many people value the assistance provided by our staff. If you need support from a staff member, visit us during standard opening hours and we’ll be happy to help.

How to sign up for Extra Access:

  1. Book an induction session.
  2. Attend induction and complete your application.
  3. We’ll upgrade your membership (conditions apply).

Then you can make the most of your Extra Access! 

Note: You will need to access your email on a mobile device each time you use Extra Access. As part of the verification process, we email a one-time code which you need to enter at the keypad.
