Join the Northcote Library Food Garden, in partnership with Darebin Libraries, for a spring working bee to prepare the garden for the warmer

Then join us in the library for refreshments, to learn more, connect with fellow gardeners and share good cheer. Whether you’re a long-time volunteer, want to become one, or just curious about gardening, everyone is welcome.

1pm – Spring Working Bee at the Northcote Library Food Garden

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty

• Sun protection and a water bottle

• Gardening gloves if you have them.

The Food Garden will provide tools, guidance and good company.

2pm –Learn more and celebrate at Northcote Library

Meet the Food Garden team, learn about the Garden’s history and how to become more involved. Then celebrate with fellow gardeners and enjoy light refreshments.

Northcote Library Food Garden is a communal growing space open to all community members.
