At this free workshop, experts from the Yarra Energy Foundation and All Electric Homes will equip you with practical knowledge including:
• How heat pumps and split systems work efficiently for hot water, heating and cooling
• What to look for when choosing the right system for your home or business
• How to better utilise your split system(s) and heat pump hot water systems
• How split systems and heat pumps can save you money on your energy bills.
You'll also hear about our Darebin Energy Upgrades program, which offers Council rebates of up to $3,500 for both owner occupiers and rental properties. Rebates are available for split systems, hot water heat pumps, insulation, draught proofing, and solar PV systems. Additional Energy$mart rebates of up to $1,000 may also be available to Darebin businesses, including home based businesses.
Local business owner Henrik Ender, from BIGBANG studio will share his experience of upgrading to heat pump hot water and split systems through the Darebin Energy Upgrade program for both his home and business.
