Digital library
Listen, read, watch and learn at home or on the go with our digital library. Available 24 hours a day 7 days a week! Use your Darebin Libraries membership to borrow from a wide range of eBooks, eAudiobooks, eComics and magazines on your mobile device or computer. You can also access movie & film streaming, online learning tools and so much more.

Darebin Libraries members have exclusive access to our online resources including Brittanica Library, great for research!

Youth collections
Each of our library branches have a dedicated Youth section with a wide range of young adult books, graphic novels, DVDs and magazines.
Browse our catalogue and log in with your library membership number and 6 digit PIN to reserve items!
Computers, wifi, printing and gaming
Members can use library computers for up to one hour per day.
It's free of charge and includes internet access and Microsoft Office Suite 2016. Or, if you have your own device, you can access free WiFi in all of our libraries*.
Printing & photocopying are available (fees apply).
We also have PS4's free to use at every branch!
*Please note, to use the library computers, wifi, or PS4s, you need an active Darebin Libraries membership. If you are under 18 years, you will need your parent or guardian to create a membership.
Youth services
Our Council provide a range of creative, skills-based programs for young people aged 12 - 25 years who live, work, study or play in Darebin.
There are two youth centres: The Hub @ Northland and Decibels Youth Music Centre These centres host a range of programs that can help you with your education, finding work, expressing yourself creatively, or learning new skills and making connections.
