Our library branches will close at 1pm on Tues 24 December for Christmas. Branches will be closed on Wed 25 December (Christmas Day) and Thurs 26 December (Boxing Day). During this time you can renew online, return books via our chutes and access our digital content. Branches will reopen on Fri 27 December at 10am.
Make Libraries After Dark at Preston and Reservoir Library your go-to late night venue!
Darebin Libraries is now open until 10 pm twice a week, that’s every Tuesday night at Reservoir Library and every Thursday night at Preston Library. During these nights, you’ll usually find something special happening – live music, movie screenings, craft circles, workshops, guest speakers and all of our usual facilities.
Libraries After Dark provides opportunities to learn new skills, meet people and spend time in a comfortable place with a relaxed atmosphere.
