Microsoft's Seeing AI App
Microsoft's Seeing AI App is a free app that uses the camera on a smartphone to help people with vision impairment convert visual information into audio. The app can read documents, scan barcodes, identify currency, identify people's faces, and more. The App is available free for both Android and iOS.
The National Relay Service
The National Relay Service (NRS) is a Government initiative that allows people who are D/deaf or have a speech or hearing impairment to make and receive phone calls. The NRS is available 24 hours a day, every day.
Non-Visual Desktop Access
NVDA (Non Visual Desktop Access) is a free screen reader program that allows blind and vision impaired people to access and interact with the Windows operating system and many third-party applications including internet browsers. The built-in speech software reads everything on your screen, with support for over 50 languages.
