There will be no Justice of the Peace at Preston Library on Thursday 26 February. Justice of the Peace services will resume next week.
Philip Harris's On The Road paintings are loosely based on photos and drawings in Coburg, Brunswick, Preston, and Thornbury. They are about the night, shapes reflected from the artificial lights, and colours captured from the way the camera records the image.
