Innisfail

75 Lucerne Crescent, Alphington

Known as "Innisfail", the house takes its name from the owner's great grandfather's birthplace in Ireland. The house was built in 1913 on A.D. Hodgson's Lucerne Estate. Florence O'Sullivan purchased Lot 9, one of the estates from Hodgson's 1885 subdivisions, and eventually built "Innisfail". She lived there until her death.
