H. W. Shewan

H. W. Shewan was Mayor of Northcote in 1943-44.Shewan ran a grocery store at 213 High Street Northcote.Coincidently the previous occupiers of the store, Edwin Bastings and Ben Johnson had also been Mayors of Northcote.
